Turn Symptoms On and Off: A New Perspective

It’s been quite a while since our last episode, and I’m excited to share some incredible insights with you today. Over the past few months, I’ve been deeply involved in coaching sessions, helping people achieve amazing results. The word spread quickly, and soon I was fully booked, receiving dozens of emails daily. It was overwhelming, and I realized I needed a break. So, I took a holiday to recharge.

During my years of struggle, I never thought it was possible to turn symptoms on and off like a light switch. But after helping hundreds of people and discovering the most effective tools, I realized I was wrong. It is indeed possible.

Understanding MindBody Symptoms

In the past, I felt the need to advertise my services through YouTube videos or podcasts to attract clients. But now, I don’t have to do anything. Clients keep coming because what we’ve discovered is truly amazing. I wish I had known about this many years ago when I was bedridden.

Turning symptoms on and off might sound crazy, and it’s not possible for everyone. It requires diving deep and using the most effective tools to release the underlying stress causing the brain to create symptoms. However, not everyone is prepared for this approach. If you’re not ready, the brain might freak out even more, amplifying the symptoms and creating new ones.

These MindBody symptoms can be overwhelming, making you feel like something is terribly wrong. According to Steve Ozanich from *The Great Pain Deception*, these symptoms can be the worst pains a human can experience, even more extreme than physical injuries. For example, when you cut your finger, the pain is created in the brain as a warning to protect the injured area. This pain usually fades away as the injury heals.

But some symptoms don’t fade away. They come and go or stay the same for weeks or months. Sometimes, you might feel fine, and then suddenly, a stressor triggers rampant pain. By diving into the underlying stressor causing the brain to freak out, we can access the stress stored in the unconscious body. This stress can manifest as slight tension, a squeezing sensation, or even a feeling like a tornado in your chest.

Over time, we’ve conditioned ourselves to filter out these stressors from our conscious attention. It’s like the noise of a fridge—you don’t notice it after a while. Similarly, we don’t feel these stressors anymore, but they are still there. By focusing your attention on these stress points, you can become slightly aware of them. Initially, you might feel an uncomfortable sensation in your upper body.

The Healing Approach and Achieving a Release

If I can help you connect intuitively with your own stress, you might experience an increase in symptoms. The body resists this process, making you feel tired or overwhelmed. This is a protection mechanism from the brain. After a few days or a week, the brain calms down, and your symptoms gradually dissolve.

In my healing approach, we gently push through this resistance (or we work around it) to achieve a release. This release can take various forms, such as vomiting, shivering, shaking, screaming, crying, or even laughing. Afterward, you feel amazing because the symptoms are no longer needed.

This process to turn symptoms on and off is truly remarkable. However, it doesn’t mean the symptoms are gone forever, and not everyone can do this right away. People need to get used to the underlying stressors through exercises. Usually, I can identify the underlying stressor quickly with just a few questions. Then, a month of preparation can make you ready to go through the process.

If the body reacts strongly, creating all kinds of symptoms, there are more tools to help squeeze out the stress. These tools are available through the release program, but they should not be used unprepared. Applying these tools without proper preparation can lead to a nightmare of symptoms. If you’re still scared of the symptoms, this fear can cause more stress and more symptoms, creating a downward spiral.

Pushing Through Resistance Layers

For those who have already had some success with releasing minor stressors and experienced the up-and-down effect, you can push through. You can laugh about your symptoms, knowing that your brain is trying to protect you from a feeling you already know is there. With more extreme tools, even those who have done a month of preparation can experience a roller coaster of symptoms. If one tool doesn’t work, another might, causing symptoms like nausea, dizziness, or vertigo. The body can create all kinds of symptoms because they are all created in the brain.

With the help of the online program and coaching, we can go really deep. Recently, I spoke to a man who was severely bedbound. He made some improvement and talked about his good and bad days. He was careful on good days to avoid bad days. I told him that this is not the approach I work with. I want to radically reduce good days because the bad days are the most important for me. During coaching, I guide clients through a crash. Severe symptoms often make people think something is wrong, like mitochondrial damage or a viral load. This belief can make them too tired for coaching.

The Importance of Bad Days

Bad days are crucial. If you wake up feeling bad, that’s when you need to do the work. You might release the crash and so-called mitochondrial damage in 20 minutes, an hour, or two days. Eventually, you will release the stressor and have a big release symptom, feeling amazing afterward.

I remember a few years ago, I was on the beach with Valentina. After a good day, I woke up with symptoms of a minor crash. We went to the beach and applied techniques. I had a big release, crying for almost an hour. Afterward, I felt amazing and didn’t need to sleep that night. The theory of being a spoonie and mitochondrial damage is incorrect. Scientists do their best, but unless they’ve guided someone through MindBody symptoms themselves, they can’t fully understand.

Daily Releases: When You Turn Symptoms On And Off On Demand

After a bad day or a few bad hours, we do a release. You can do it yourself, with someone, or using online tools. Hopefully, you’ve done the preparation work and can go all in. It doesn’t work 100% of the time, but even if it works 70-80% of the time, that’s good enough. Every day you can go back to enjoying life is a step forward when you try to turn symptoms on and off.

On good days, enjoy yourself as much as you can. Don’t apply coping mechanisms that stress you out. Instead, become quiet in your head and enjoy being yourself. When you do this, your body feels safe and relaxed. Sometimes, this relaxation can trigger the release of other stressors, leading to symptoms. This is part of the healing process. Preferably, you should aim to do a release every day or every few days. Each release makes you lighter and raises your vibration.

Some people worry about focusing on negative emotions like rage or fear because of the law of attraction. They fear attracting a life they don’t want. But these emotions are already affecting their lives. By releasing these low energies, you raise your vibration and improve your well-being.

You might not even be aware of all the stressors you’ve carried for 20 years. These stressors cause you to create things you don’t want. By actively working with them—spending 20 minutes, an hour, or even three hours per stressor—you make your body lighter. After every release, you feel better. Isn’t that amazing?

Protection or Distraction Symptoms

Your body is used to creating protection or distraction symptoms to shield you from stressors. If one symptom doesn’t work, your body will find another, possibly more extreme one. This phase is difficult for many people. You might feel amazing one day and terrible the next. This is the purpose of mind-body symptoms—to make you feel that way. Don’t fall into this trap. Keep releasing stressors. Every second spent on negative thoughts delays your healing.

I received a funny question about healing: “Can I still climb the Himalayas and run marathons after I’m healed?” The answer is yes and no. Physically, you could, but you won’t want to. There’s no purpose in pushing your body to extremes when you already feel amazing. Your accomplishments are in the present moment, feeling good and worthy without needing stress hormones.

There is a phase where you need to rehab from your stress hormone addiction. This addiction comes from coping with stressors in your body. It’s a coping mechanism resembling fight, flight, or hide. You’re always fighting, fleeing, or hiding from yourself and your stressors. You might project these feelings onto the external world, thinking you’ll receive something or be worthy when you achieve certain things.

After healing, you won’t have these stressors in your body anymore. Why would you want to cope with them? It’s like a butterfly wanting to crawl like a caterpillar, even cutting off its own wings. But once you realize you have beautiful wings and can fly, everything changes.

The Meaning of Full Healing

What does it mean to be fully healed? Honestly, I don’t have a clue. You might think I still have symptoms, but I haven’t had any in a long time. I’m fit but also lazy. Healing continues because once the big stressors are out, you need to learn how to live again. Avoid stress, people who drain you, and those who manipulate you for positive or negative energy.

Life becomes a research project: How beautiful can it be? How much truth can you see within yourself? How much do you enjoy your own company without needing distractions or stress hormones? It’s challenging to maintain your peace in society, but life gets more beautiful.

If everyone were healed, society would be the opposite of what it is now. We would do things from abundance, lightness, and joy, moving slowly and calmly. Silence would be golden, and speaking would sometimes corrupt that beautiful silence. Silent retreats teach this well.

We often talk out of habit or because we want something from others. Can we break these patterns? What does true healing mean for you? Do you still want to climb the Himalayas and run marathons, or do you have another idea? Let me know.
